Some great words!

 Hello my dear students,

We are learning to write complete and long sentences and you are doing it so well. As I have already said in class, there are some interesting words to use in your writings.

For instance: because, while, or, and, so, but.

These words help you to show a high level of performance!

I recommend you to have a look at the following videos

Work sectors

People with jobs in the primary sector obtain raw materials. For instance, a miner or a farmer.

In the secondary sector transform these raw/natural materials into products. For example: industrial workers or a carpenter.

People who provide services work in the tertiary sector. Jobs such as, doctors or bus drivers.

It is made of...

There is a long list of materials that we use to create new things. For instance:

  • A book is made of paper.
  • A window is made of glass.
  • A skirt is made of cotton/fabric.
  • A wardrobe is made of wood.
  • A toy is made of plastic.
  • A pan is made of metal.
SONG:

Materials can be NATURAL or MAN-MADE
  • Natural materials come from plants, animals and rocks.
  • Man-made materials are obtained from natural materials through chemical processes.
